We are pleased to announce an opening for a Business Tax Accountant at Brown, Ells & Company, a highly rated public accounting firm located in the Denver West Area. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team and support a diverse portfolioof business clients. What you’ll do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for tax planning and compliance
• Prepare federal and state business tax returns (S-Corps, Partnerships, C-Corps, Sole Props)
• Provide proactive tax planning and client support
• Communicate directly with clients in a clear, professional manner

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience preparing business tax returns and accounting software
• Strong communication and organization skills, and attention to detail
